Post season 2023 15. September- 31. October 2023  950,-Euro (whole Villa for 10 persons) 



Additional costs
  • Security deposit value 400,- Euro for the house (will be given back after departure if there is no objection)
  • Costs for final cleaning 90,- Euro for the upper appartment and 70,- Euro for the lower appartment (to pay upon arrival to the property management)
  • Costs for electricity and water consumption will be charged separately before departure.
  • Rental of bedlinen and towels value 12,- Euro/person/unit for the whole stay (or by yourself)
