You are looking for a summer residence in Spain. So take a look to our domicile which has got a fantastic view to the sea. It is located in the traffic-calmed urbanisation of El Tosal(Calpe). The villa has 5 double- bedded rooms for max. 10 persons. The living space is about 220 squaremeters. The outer surface owns a pool with the size of 8x4 meters, a barbecue corner and a roofed and stonecrafted pateo-sitting.
Garden:
1000 m2 large and flat mediterranean garden with lots of bloomy flowers, next to a huge, cultivated sun deck.
Environment:
Wonderful panorama view to the mountains and the sea.
Beautiful and quiet location where most of the owners spend the whole year.
